Biofeedback or Neurofeedback training is the use of medical sensors combined with attention training and specific coaching to help you control your body's reaction to pain or stress.

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback training are more than just relaxation training. Patients learn to self regulate pain and stress where each session is tailored to your individual needs. The training is completely noninvasive and usually takes up to 12 sessions depending on your level of pain or length of issue. Through practiced attention training you will be taught to use these skills in your everyday life.

There are some misconceptions on Biofeedback or Neurofeedback training. Be sure to know that biofeedback and neurofeedback are NOT invasive, they are not simple relaxation therapy, are not painful or time consuming, or even difficult to manage after proper training.

Many people consume their lives with regretting what did happen or anticipating what might happen. Imagine living your life in the present, never forgetting the lessons of the past but maintaining a clear and balanced perspective.
